How do I place an order?
What exactly am I ordering?
prodllb.com sells audio drum kits, sample packs, MIDI kits, and preset packs. These are digital files used in music production and are compatible with all Digital Audio Workstations, with the exception of preset packs being designed for specific software as notified.
Files will typically be .wav (audio) and .mid (MIDI; similar to piano sheet music, MIDI is notation that digital instruments play and does not contain audio or sound in of itself).
Basically, these products are helpful for creating music on the computer.
What information must I provide to make an order?
For billing purposes we require your full name, address, and payment information.
We also require your best email address for order delivery and account creation.
I’m having difficulty accessing my order. Who can I contact for help?
Music production can be a high learning curve!
I highly suggest spending time on the prodllb YouTube channel for useful tips and tricks on using sample packs, presets, and MIDI files.
How will I receive my order?
Upon order confirmation you will be redirected to an order summary page containing a link to your Downloads Dashboard.
You will also be sent a order confirmation email, where you can download your products also.
